8fafa Terms and Conditions

1.1 About This Document

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 8fafa ("Platform", "we", "our"). The 8fafa platform operates under international licensing and offers online gaming services including slots, sports betting, live casino and crash games.

8fafa reserves the right to change, add, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

1.2 Jurisdiction and Limitations

8fafa services are offered to users in Malaysia and other countries permitted under the licence held. Users are responsible for ensuring that use of these services is lawful under the laws applicable in their area of residence.

8fafa is not responsible for any violation of local laws committed by users accessing the platform from unauthorised areas.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To register an account at 8fafa, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration
• Hold a valid identity document (MyKad or passport)
• Have access to a valid payment method registered in your own name
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban imposed by any authority
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person

8fafa reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts that cannot verify age eligibility will be suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each user is only allowed to have one active account at 8fafa. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, all related accounts may be suspended and the balances within them may be forfeited.

An exception is only granted if the previous account has been officially closed and the user receives written approval from the 8fafa support team before opening a new account.

2.3 Account Security and Password

Users are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their password and login details confidential
• Not sharing their account with any other party
• Notifying 8fafa immediately if unauthorised access is suspected
• Using a strong password and changing it regularly

8fafa is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use caused by the user's own negligence.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

8fafa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods:

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Payments through third parties are not accepted and may result in the account being suspended for review.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes once the request is approved. The withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Users must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) before the first withdrawal
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a bonus-related withdrawal is permitted
• 8fafa reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain value
• Withdrawals to a different method from the original deposit method may require additional review

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Successful deposits cannot be cancelled once funds have been credited to the gaming account. 8fafa does not offer refunds for gaming reasons alone. If a technical error causes a deposit not to be credited, please contact the 8fafa support team within 24 hours with proof of transaction.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

8fafa offers a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal is permitted.

Calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Balance RM700 → Wagering required: RM300 × 10 = RM3,000

This bonus is available for the first deposit only. Each user is eligible for this bonus once only for the lifetime of the account.

4.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

8fafa VIP members are divided into three tiers with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's activity level and loyalty on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to the account and is subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of crediting.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

8fafa reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or reject any bonus claim if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that:

• A user has registered multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• A user is using a betting strategy designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk
• False information was provided during registration or a bonus claim
• A user is working with others to abuse the bonus system

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities on the 8fafa platform:

• Using any automation software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation, or exploitation of system bugs
• Transferring funds between other user accounts for money laundering purposes
• Selling, transferring, or trading an 8fafa account to another party
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Using the account for activities related to financing illegal operations

5.2 Account Suspension and Closure

8fafa reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The user violates any of the terms in this document
• There is suspicious activity that requires investigation
• The request is approved by the relevant authority
• The account has been inactive beyond the set period

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 8fafa reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account.

6.1 Our Commitment

8fafa is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide self-control tools to help users manage their gaming habits, including options to set deposit limits and take breaks from the platform.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to stop playing temporarily or permanently can apply for self-exclusion through the 8fafa customer support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within the set timeframe and the account will be blocked from any gaming activity.

7.1 Limits of Responsibility

8fafa is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses experienced by users as a result of using the platform, including:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control
• Device failures or user internet connection issues during a gaming session
• Any financial decisions made based on information on the platform

7.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8fafa platform, including logos, graphics, text, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 8fafa or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any of this content without prior written permission.

7.3 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the international licensing laws applicable to 8fafa's operations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through the arbitration process stipulated by the relevant licensing body.

The Malay language version of this document is provided for the convenience of Malaysian users. In the event of any conflict with other versions, the version in the original licensing language shall be the definitive reference.
